Momos are a type of steamed filled dumpling in Tibetan and Nepali cuisine that is also popular in neighbouring Bhutan, Bangladesh and India.The majority of Tibetan momos are half-moon in shape like jiaozi, while Nepali momos are normally round like baozi.Momos are usually served with Spicy Red Sauces influenced by our hand picked Spicy Red Chillies and other spices and herbs used within many South Asian cuisines.

Panipuri (also known by other names, phuchka and golgappa) is a snack associated with the cuisines of the Indians consisting of a air-fried spherical puri shell, hollowed out for a filling and dipped in flavoured spiced waters. Panipuri is a street food and is part of chaat category of lighter snacks. Its commonly filled with some combination of smashed potatoes, whitepeas, spices, and chutney. The flavoured spiced waters with black rock salt Coriander leaf or Mint chutney called teekha pani and a sweet tamarind chutney called meetha pani. It is a finger food eaten in one bite. Panipuri is the most common street food in the Indian subcontinent, and it is popular across the region, in both urban and rural areas loved by all on all occasions and non ocassions
